Beloved and stylish Southtown restaurant Feast has been listed on commercial real estate website LoopNet for $1,275,000, including all furniture, fixtures and equipment.

After Feast abruptly closed late last year, the futuristic-looking, 2,500-square-foot building has sat vacant, save for a few pop-ups and concept tests for other projects helmed by local operators Andrew Goodman and Stefan Bowers.

The space, originally built in 1952, features huge outdoor seating areas as well as a posh interior that evokes fun and modern whimsy.

The listing includes kitchen and dining room equipment, which would provide an enterprising foodservice pro with an “excellent owner occupied [food and beverage] opportunity,” according to the website.

The former restaurant space is located at 1024 S. Alamo St.
