Fabrizio Romano Clarifies Whether There Are Any Last Minute “Issues” With City Star’s 45M Arsenal Move
Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus’s transfer to Arsenal is expected to be confirmed “very soon” according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
A deal has been in place for the Brazilian international to make the £45m move to the Emirates for some time, but Romano says there have been no last-minute hitches:
No issues on Gabriel Jesus deal. The official announcement will arrive very soon, documents are signed between Arsenal and Manchester City. 📑🇧🇷 #AFC

At the time of writing, the Gunners have not announced the signing of Jesus yet but the confirmation is expected imminently.
City are believed to be hoping to raise at least £90m from the sales of both Jesus and Raheem Sterling, who is also reportedly closing in on a switch to Chelsea.
Although there has been some speculation that the Premier League champions may look to strengthen their forward line if the two players do leave, it is thought that the majority of the money will be reinvested in securing the signatures of Leeds’ Kalvin Phillips and Brighton’s Marc Cucurella.
