Manchester United will face Brighton in the FA Cup semi-final after coming from behind to beat Fulham, while Manchester City have been drawn against Sheffield United at Wembley.

United trailed 1-0 but three quick red cards for the Cottagers saw Erik ten Hag’s side progress on Sunday with a 3-1 win.

Brighton had earlier eased into the semi-finals with a 5-0 win over Grimsby Town, with striker Evan Ferguson scoring twice.

The draw, which took place moments after the Seagulls’ quarter-final win, placed Roberto De Zerbi’s side up against the Red Devils at Wembley next month. Brighton will be seeking to reach the FA Cup final for the first time since 1983.

United’s rivals Man City, meanwhile, beat Burnley 6-0 on Saturday and will face the Championship promotion-chasing Blades, who edged past Blackburn 3-2 on Sunday.

Brighton will be looking to earn a first appearance in an FA Cup final since 1983 next month

The Blades booked their place in the last four with a dramatic quarter-final win over fellow second-tier side Blackburn Rovers.

Tommy Doyle, on loan from Man City, scored an injury-time winner to set up a match against his parent club.

Doyle and fellow Man City loanee Jamie McAtee will not be able to play for Sheffield United in the semi-final.

Paul Heckingbottom’s side twice came from behind in the quarter-final, before earning a 3-2 win.

The Blades face the daunting challenge of Man City next month in their first FA Cup semi-final since 2014.

Pep Guardiola’s City are seeking to win the FA Cup for the seventh time, with their last triumph coming in 2019.

FA Cup semi-final matches will be played over the weekend of Saturday, April 22.
