Here’s the format and starting time of every All-Star event featuring a Spur, along with how to watch it.

All-Star weekend is here and the Spurs will play a major part in it, with participants on all three days. Stephon Castle will represent the team in the Rising Stars Game and Dunk Contest while Victor Wembanyama and Chris Paul will play in the Skills Challenge. Finally, on Sunday, Wemby will take part in the main event, the All-Star Game.

It’s been a while since the Spurs had this level of representation in the midseason festivities celebrating the best of the best. Here’s everything you need to know:

Friday: Stephon Castle could earn his ticket to the All-Star Game

The All-Star Game has a new format. Four teams of eight players will face each other in two semifinals. The winners advance to the championship game. The team that gets to 40 points first claims the victory.

Three of those four teams have already been selected and are comprised of the 24 All-Stars selected by fans, media, players and coaches. The fourth team will be the winner of the Rising Stars tournament, which will feature four teams of seven players. Stephon Castle is on Team Chris after being selected by Chris Mullin. Here are the rosters:

There’s a chance Team Chris wins and advances to the All-Star game tournament on Sunday and we could see Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle go against each other.

Saturday: Chris Paul and Victor Wembanyama will represent Team Spurs in the Skills Challenge

All-Star Saturday Night will have some heavy Spurs presence. In the first event of the day, Chris Paul and Victor Wembanyama will be a part of the skills challenge. They won’t be competing against each other, as they are one of the four duos taking part in the event.

Their main competition seems to be Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley, but Team Rooks or Team Warriors could pull off the upset.

Saturday: Stephon Castle will try to become the first Spur to win the Dunk Contest

After Wemby and CP3 are done with the Skills Challenge and a new Three-Point Shootout winner is crowned, Stephon Castle will take the stage in the Dunk Contest. The rookie will compete with the Bulls’ Matas Buzelis, the Bucks’ Andre Jackson Jr. and two-time winner and defending champion Mac McClung, of the Orlando Magic. The event doesn’t have a lot of star power but it does have high-flyers and fans will have a voice in picking the winner.

Sunday; Victor Wembanyama will make his All-Star debut

As mentioned, the All-Star Game has a new format now. Four teams will play semifinal games to earn a spot in the tournament final. The first squad to get to 40 points will be crowned the winner.

The 24 players from the All-Star pool were drafted into three teams of eight by TNT’s Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal, and Kenny Smith. Wemby was selected by Barkley to be a part of team Chuck’s Global Stars. Here are the rosters:

Wemby’s team mostly consists of guards and big men but also features the two favorites to win MVP this season, Nikola Jokic and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Normally first-time All-Stars tend to defer to the more accomplished elders but don’t be surprised if Wemby tries to take over the game with shooting and defense. He’s never been afraid of big moments.
