EFL to pay tribute to the NHS ahead of Carabao Cup final at Wembley

A tribute to the NHS is to take place ahead of the Carabao Cup Final.

Sportsmail understands that the NHS choir will sing the national anthem, ahead of the clash between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City, in a pre-recorded video that will be interspersed with a ‘thank you’ from all 92 clubs that took part in the competition.

EFL officials have sent out a ‘Thank You NHS’ placard to every club this week and have asked each to take a photograph of either their manager, captain or first team players holding it up for what will be a powerful message.
