Dallas Cowboys vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: This same-game parlay can save your weekend

But we’re going to avoid the moneyline all together, and start our SGP with our safest leg —Tampa Bay over 13.5 total points. Tom Brady and the Bucs’ offense has had their ups-and-downs this season, but when the starters played the entire game two weeks ago against Carolina, Tampa looked great. Brady threw for a season-high 435 yards and three touchdowns, and after watching the Cowboys’ defense struggle last week against Commanders rookie Sam Howell in his first NFL start, don’t be surprised if those same struggles continue again on Monday.

Sure, Week 1 was a long time ago — over four months ago, but who’s counting — and even though Tampa only put up 19 points, the Bucs offense did rack up 347 yards of total offense. We’re not saying Tampa is going to record nearly 350 yards of total offense again on Monday, but 14 points for the Bucs is almost a guarantee.

You can probably tell we’re leaning toward TB on the moneyline, but we’re going to play it safe, and take the Bucs (+8.5) on the alternate spread. Brady is a perfect 7-0 in his career against Dallas, which makes the additional 8.5 points feel like the best post-New Year’s gift yet this year.

This very well could be Brady’s last season, and if one thing is certain, you know Brady will be ready to go. Guaranteeing a Tampa Bay victory is a bit of stretch, but taking the Bucs to stay within eight points of Dallas, well, that’s completely realistic.

And to cap off our SGP, we’re taking Prescott to throw at least one interception. This is the riskiest leg of our SGP, but considering Prescott has been picked off in seven straight games, and nine of his last 10, we’re willing to risk it. Plus, the Tampa Bay defense has recorded an interception in three of its last four games, and picked off Prescott back in Week 1.

The SGP: Dak Prescott > 0.5 interceptions, TB (+8.5) & TB > 13.5 total points (+125 odds via DraftKings)
