Cowboys Writer Shares Hopeful Dak Prescott Parallel

The Dallas Cowboys thought that the 2021 season would be a successful campaign.

They blitzed through the regular season with a 12-5 record, enough to claim the third seed in the NFC playoffs.

However, the San Francisco 49ers had other plans.

Their defense limited the home team to 17 points, leading to an early postseason exit.

The Cowboys had the weapons to make a deep playoff run.

Dak Prescott was under center while Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard formed a potent backfield duo.

They also had CeeDee Lamb, Amari Cooper, and Michael Gallup as receivers.

But the 2022 Cowboys have a different look with Cooper joining the Cleveland Browns.

Cedrick Wilson also signed with the Miami Dolphins.

Yet if fate would have its way, the Cowboys will lift the Vince Lombardi Trophy in Super Bowl LVII.
