College Performers of the Week powered by Rapsodo: East Tennessee State men’s golf
East Tennessee State had a week to remember.
The Bucs swept the team and individual honors at the SoCon Championship, defending their title by 19 shots thanks to every player finishing T-7 or better on the individual leaderboard. If you’re keeping track at home, that’s now 22 conference championships for East Tennessee State, who set a conference and program record for their low 54-hole total of 825 (39 under).
The team was led by redshirt sophomore Remi Chartier, who won medalist honors by eight shots at 18 under for his first college win, the third Buc to accomplish that feat.
