Bucs Update Jersey Numbers For New, Current Players

With the 2023 NFL Draft in the rearview mirror and offseason workouts – including rookie mini camp – coming up in the next few weeks, the Bucs have updated their roster with jersey numbers for the new season. The updates include mostly new additions, although there were some changes finalized for current players who wanted to switch numbers as well.

The biggest changes obviously came with players who have already put on the Bucs’ red, white and pewter. Outside linebacker Shaquil Barrett, who wore No. 58 from 2019-2022, is making the switch to No. 7.

Other changes include wide receiver Russell Gage going from No. 17 to No. 3, and running back Rachaad White switching from No. 29 to No. 1 (as he told Pewter Report earlier this offseason).
