According to Ian Rapoport, the Buccaneers are releasing WR Sterling Shepard as they trim down the roster. Rapoport notes Tampa Bay would like to get Shepard back on the practice squad if possible. Shepard, 31, is a former second-round pick of the Giants back in 2016.
