A 23-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting and impregnating a teenage relative, according to an arrest affidavit.
On July 20, the 15-year-old girl told police she was 10 weeks pregnant with Gerardo De La Campa’s baby. She said he sexually assaulted her more than once over the course of a year, the affidavit said.

The victim told police De La Campa would pay for her to Uber to his house, including the day before she went to authorities.
According to the affidavit, De La Campa told the victim he wants her to keep the baby and promised to help support them.
He was charged with sexual assault of a child with a bail set at $40,000.
