49ers-Saints: Arik Armstead expected to return to practice, but won’t play Sunday
According to Jordan Schultz of The Score, Arik Armstead is expected to return to practice today. The San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman has not played since Week 4 due to foot and ankle injuries.
Don’t expect Armstead to be suited up for Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints, though. Schultz notes that the 49ers have ruled out the veteran defender for this weekend’s game. However, his return to practice means that his return to the football field could be approaching soon.
