49ers meet with 12 more defenders at the NFL Scouting Combine

The San Francisco 49ers have met with several defenders at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis. The list, which includes the already-reported meeting with Flordia State safety Jammie Robinson, continues to grow, and many more will undoubtedly be revealed in the coming days.

Below is a rundown of the other defenders and who initially reported the 49ers-player meetings.

San Francisco lacks a first- or second-round pick in next month’s draft. The team is expected to own 10 selections once compensatory picks are announced. Three of those compensatory picks will be because of other teams’ hirings of Robert Saleh, Martin Mayhew, Mike McDaniel, DeMeco Ryans, and Ran Carthon over the past few years.

San Francisco is also expected to gain three more compensatory selections for the losses of D.J. Jones, Arden Key, and K’Waun Williams last offseason.
