Speaking of quarterback, Jimmy Garoppolo is still with the 49ers even if they have actively tried to trade him.
He has been on the trading block since the 2022 draft and there have been no takers since.
The surgery on his shoulder could be a reason for the low interest in him.
Likewise, he did not really impress during the 2021 playoffs as the 49ers kept on winning despite his inconsistency.
Even so, Garoppolo is an experienced quarterback that has led the team to a Super Bowl appearance.
