Houston Texans running back Joe Mixon is day-to-day with an ankle injury that kept him out of the past two games, coach DeMeco Ryans said Monday. Wide receiver Tank Dell (chest) is also in wait-and-see mode after missing Sunday’s 24-20 victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
