The Spurs will play the Los Angeles Lakers on ESPN on Friday, November 15th. Then they will appear on TNT when they play the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday, November 19th. They have the second-most televised games during the NBA Cup, behind the Lakers who will appear on national TV three times.
San Antonio will also play the Jazz on November 26th, and the Phoenix Suns on December 3rd to finish up group play for the Cup. The best record in their group will move on to the knockout rounds, along with two “wild card” teams (whoever has the best record + point differential out of the remaining teams.) Ties are decided by point differential.
The rest of the NBA schedule is rumored to be released within the next week. The Spurs and the rest of the league will soon find out who they are playing and when before the end of August.
