The New Orleans Saints officially signed veteran OL Jesse Davis to a contract on Sunday and placed OT Justin Herron on injured reserve, according to Field Yates. The team is also waiving OL Mark Evans and signing G Tremayne Anchrum, per Aaron Wilson.
