Person dead after being struck by train on Northeast Side, authorities say

A person is dead after they were reportedly struck by a train on the Northeast Side, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.

The crash happened around 5:20 p.m. Thursday on the train tracks near the intersection of Interchange Parkway and Fratt Road.
