Open Thread: Harrison Barnes spread some holiday spirit in the community
Harrison Barnes was seen yesterday at an Eastside H-E-B surprising customers with $200 gift cards. He didn’t stop there as he took a trip to the Northside to continue spreading cheer.
Barnes and his wife Brittany purchased $40,000 in H-E-B gift cards to donate to families. In addition, they personally paid bills for others patrons in line.
Barnes and his wife Brittany have embraced San Antonio and made multiple generous philanthropic donations toward the community. Last season they donated $250,000 to the AlamoPROMISE, making college dreams come true for many.
