Open Thread: Chris Paul sends a message to Spurs fans

The eleven time All-Star is stoked to be in San Antonio

Earlier this week, the Spurs new point god Chris Paul sent a message out via @spurs on X (formerly Twitter) and throughout social media.

“Hey, what’s up Spurs fans? Just want you guys to know how excited I am to get to San Antonio. I would have never thought in a million years that’s I’d get an opportunity to play with Pop, but I am so excited, excited about this young, talented team. Cannot wait to get there and get to work to see what we got a chance to do. All right? I hope you guys are well. Go Spurs. Peace.”

A short and to the point declaration the night before he and Harrison Barnes met with media at Victory Capital Performance Center for first looks at the free agency acquisitions.
