San Antonio police said a 30-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a road rage shooting on the Southwest Side.
Officers responded to the shooting around 9:30 p.m. Monday in the 5500 block of Little Creek Drive, near Old Pearsall Road.
According to an SAPD preliminary report, three people were involved in a road rage incident with the suspect.
At some point, a police spokesperson said the suspect pulled up next to the vehicle with three people inside and opened fire.
A 20-year-old woman, who is at least six months pregnant, was taken to a local hospital as a precaution. An 18-year-old man was also injured in the shooting.
The pregnant woman and the 18-year-old were struck by fragments on their lower bodies, the report said. Both are expected to be OK.
Police said the suspect, who was not identified in its report, was later taken into custody.
SAPD said its investigation is ongoing.
