Jaguars Cut Two From Injured Reserve

The Jacksonville Jaguars have released OT Chandler Brewer and WR Wayne Ruby from injured reserve, per the NFL transaction wire.  The team put Brewer on IR last month and also waived Ruby with an injury designation.
