Former Tennessee Vols quarterback Nathan Peterman was waived by the Las Vegas Raiders on Tuesday morning ahead of final NFL roster cuts. Peterman, who spent three seasons at Tennessee before finishing his college career at Pittsburgh, was signed by the Raiders on August 13.
