The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are signing former San Francisco 49ers cornerback Chase Lucas to a one-year deal, reports Mike Garafolo of NFL Network. Lucas was a restricted free agent, but the 49ers opted not to offer him a qualifying tendered contract, allowing him to sign anywhere.
