Marissa-Ellen Patterson and Summer Marie Brown won their runoff elections Saturday night for Place 3 and Place 7, respectively, on Cibolo City Council, according to unofficial results.
Patterson (Place 3) is an operations research analyst, according to her application, and has lived in Cibolo for two years. She recieved 53.43% of the vote, according to unofficial results.
Brown (At Large, Place 7) is a retired Army officer who has lived there for more than 14 years, according to her application. She recieved 69.95% of the vote, according to unofficial results.
