Chance of rain tomorrow and a few cool fronts on the way
FORECAST HIGHLIGHTS
  • FRIDAY: Patchy AM Drizzle, then scattered storms
  • WEEKEND: Sunny and pleasant
  • COLD FRONTS: Weak tomorrow evening, stronger next Wednesday
FORECAST

Our atmosphere didn’t live up to its stormy potential today, but the odds of thunderstorms increase into tomorrow. Expect low clouds, patchy drizzle, and even areas of fog before lunchtime, then the chance of widely separated storms thereafter.

A weak cool front will move through in the evening and will eliminate the rain chances while also sweeping away the high humidity. This will set the stage for a pleasant weekend with morning temperatures in the upper 50s and afternoon highs near 80° (give or take).

Next week will be quiet and warmer than average, but another cold front is on the way midweek, and this front is likely to be more noticeable. We have the potential to get morning lows back near 50° and highs in the lower 70s toward the end of the work week. Unfortunately, there’s no hope for rain despite the cold front.

San Antonio morning temperature forecast as of 11/7/24.
