The free update takes to the sky with 4-player split-screen.
In the September Direct broadcast, Nintendo announced the recent Switch 2 release Star Fox would be receiving a free game update, adding new Battle Mode stages and four-player split-screen action.
This update (Version 1.2.0) has now officially been released. Apart from these “added elements”, there are also multiple changes and adjustments across the game’s campaign mode and challenge mode, battle mode & training. Along with this are a bunch of bug fixes.
