San Antonio Spurs fans will have a chance to see the team up close before the regular season begins.

The Silver & Black announced it will hold a free open scrimmage at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 4, at Frost Bank Center.

The team will take the court for four 10-minute quarters, according to a news release.

The scrimmage gives fans an early look at the team before the Spurs open the regular season Oct. 20 at Frost Bank Center against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Tickets are free but limited.
