San Antonio police said it is investigating a Thursday morning shooting on the West Side.
Officers were called to a home just before 5:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of North Sabinas Street, which is located south of Culebra Road.
According to an SAPD officer on scene, a man in his 20s suffered a gunshot wound to his hip and may have been grazed in his head by another bullet.
The victim, who officers said was alert and talking to first responders on scene, was transported to a hospital. Police said his condition is unclear at this time.
Investigators believe the shooting may be a domestic violence-related incident. SAPD said officers are searching for a suspect.
