One person was rushed to a local hospital after they were injured in a two-vehicle crash near Uvalde, according to the city’s volunteer fire department.
Fire crews responded to the collision just before 5 a.m., along FM 117, which is south of Uvalde and near County Road 111.
Details are limited, but Uvalde VFD said one unidentified person was hospitalized after the crash.
Crews said the Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating what led up to the crash.
