EASTER SUNDAY

Easter Sunday in San Antonio

Happy Easter! We’ve begun the day damp, with off & on again light rain expected for most today. However, if you live north of San Antonio, your rain chance is significantly less. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Morning: Cloudy, chilly (50s), and damp.
  • Midday to Early Afternoon (Noon–4 PM): Off-and-on light rain persist. Highs struggle to get into the low 60s.
  • Evening (After 4 PM): Rain gradually dissipates. Cool and overcast with temperatures falling back into the 50s — a chilly end to Easter.

MONDAY & BEYOND

Only warming to near 80° next week with a few rain chances.

Gradually warming the next few days

HOW MUCH RAIN HAS FALLEN THIS WEEKEND?

As is often the case, this weekend’s rain has been beneficial to some while leaving others wanting more.

As of Sunday morning, many neighborhoods on the city’s north and west sides have seen up to an inch of rain, while folks near Lytle got almost 5 inches! That being said, neighborhoods near Seguin, La Vernia, Elmendorf, Floresville, and Boerne have been left disappointed.
