NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reports that the San Francisco 49ers have agreed to terms to sign longtime Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans. ESPN’s Adam Schefter adds that Evans is receiving a three-year deal worth up to $60.4 million with his new team.
