Jaguars Sign Fourth-Round OT Javon Foster
The Jacksonville Jaguars announced they have signed fourth-round OT Javon Foster to his rookie contract. Foster, 24, was a three-year starter at left tackle for Missouri and was named first-team All-SEC in his final season.
