Two NYC pedestrians killed in DUI, hit-and-run crashes 12 hours apart: cops
Louis Garcia was crossing Glenwood Road at the East 105th Street intersection in Canarsie around 6:50 p.m. when a 2017 Dodge caravan – operated by intoxicated motorist Gary Turner, 47 – struck him, throwing him onto the pavement, cops said.
