The Dallas Cowboys found their replacement for Dan Quinn Monday, agreeing to terms with Mike Zimmer to become their defensive coordinator. Zimmer is a familiar face, having previously spent 12 years as an assistant for the Cowboys (1994-2006), the last six as defensive coordinator.
