Young GKs: Show us your creativity at home

A once-in-a-lifetime prize awaits winning entrants: we’re offering them an unforgettable, all-expenses-paid trip to Manchester, where they’ll watch a match at Old Trafford as mascots and guests of Chevrolet and the club.

They’ll also get the unbelievable opportunity to train with De Gea, Romero and the rest of our goalkeepers at the Aon Training Complex.

“It doesn’t matter whether you’re a boy or a girl, what ability level you are, that doesn’t matter,” said Richard Hartis, first-team goalkeeping coach at Manchester United. “We’re not interested in that.

“We’re looking for people to come up with some really neat things, where they’re showing adaptability, creativity – whether it’s balance, co-ordination, hand-eye co-ordination, little practices they’ve got using brothers or sisters, whatever.

“We just want to see what people are doing to hone their skills as goalkeepers during this difficult period.”
