‘You Love To See It’ ‘Great News’ ‘Don’t Be Tempting Fate’ City Fans Delighted By Latest Injury Update

Manchester City have no injuries for the first time this calendar year after defender Nathan Ake returned to training yesterday.
The Dutch international had been struggling with a hamstring problem but, after the likes of Sergio Aguero, Fernandinho and Benjamin Mendy returned against Olympiakos mid-week, it means manager Pep Guardiola has the rare luxury of picking from a fully fit squad.
Supporters on Twitter are delighted with Ake’s return but some believe it won’t be long before someone will pick up another injury problem:

It’s a massive boost for the Citizens heading into the very busy festive period. With the team having to play every few days over the next month, Guardiola will be able to rotate and still field a very strong team, especially either side of games against the likes of Manchester United and Arsenal.
Of course, he will be hoping for the improved injury situation to also be reflected with performances on the field. Fans will be expecting to see a convincing win against Burnley this afternoon.
