WSLAM Digital Draft Lounge to Feature Leslie, Swoopes and Robinson
The 2020 WNBA Draft will be held on Friday, April 17th as previously scheduled, with coverage beginning at 7:00 pm ET on ESPN. Commissioner Cathy Engelbert will announce picks live and top prospects will participate remotely.
WSLAM will be covering the action as well with our first ever Digital Draft Lounge, featuring Hall of Famers Lisa Leslie and Sheryl Swoopes and hosted by LaChina Robinson. Here’s the basic info:
Date: April 17th (day of draft)
Who: Lisa Leslie, Sheryl Swoopes and LaChina Robinson
What: Analysis, discussion and debate of the first round of the WNBA Draft. LaChina will discuss picks 1-6 with Lisa Leslie and picks 6-12 with Sheryl Swoopes. Each Hall of Famer will give insight, hot takes and answer questions about the draft, this upcoming season and their time in the league.
