Liverpool stars Virgil van Dijk, Sadio Mane and Mo Salah are among three of seven players from the club to make it into EA Sports’ Team of the Season So Far.
Dutchman Van Dijk was the highest-rated player with Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne on 99, and was joined by club captain Jordan Henderson, full-backs Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson and goalkeeper Alisson in the 20-man squad.
Wolves winger Adama Traore and Sheffield United goalkeeper Dean Henderson – who was rated the lowest with 88 – were also included in the team, but there was no place for Tottenham and England striker Harry Kane.

The England captain was ruled out of action two months before the coronavirus crisis caused football matches to be postponed.
However, teammate Son Heung-min did make the cut, as did forwards from all but one of the so-called ‘Top Six’.
They came in the form of Arsenal and Manchester City strikers Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Sergio Aguero – who were both rated 96 – as well as Leicester’s leading scorer Jamie Vardy and Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford.

Man City, Leicester and Man United all had at least one other representative, with midfield dynamos Riyad Mahrez and Kevin De Bruyne included for Pep Guardiola’s men.
Meanwhile, Caglar Soyuncu was the other Foxes’ player named and Aaron Wan-Bissaka joined Rashford as Man United’s other representative.
Chelsea and Everton were also represented by a solitary player, with Blues midfielder Mateo Kovacic and Toffees forward Richarlison also included.
