Video Shows George Kittle Taking On A Teaching Role

There’s a reason San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle is the highest-paid player at his position.

He is the best all-around talent in his position, be it as a receiver or a blocker.

His versatility earned him two All-Pro and three Pro Bowl selections.

Kittle’s best year was in 2018 when he had 1,377 yards and five touchdowns.

But last year, he had his career-high for touchdowns with six, to go with 910 yards.

Aside from constantly working on his game, he is also imparting wisdom to his fellow tight ends through Tight End University.

It’s a camp that he established with the Kansas City Chiefs’ Travis Kelce and FOX Sports analyst Greg Olsen.

They saw a gap in the market in the form of not having an activity wherein NFL tight ends can converge and share best practices among themselves.

That absence led to Tight End U which started last year with around 50 players.

This year, attendance increased to 85 players, including the top names at the position.

In this exclusive camp, Kittle turns from player to coach.
