Tom Brady Endears Himself To Boston With A Perfect Accent

While Tom Brady is now with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, much of his career was spent with the New England Patriots.

He was with the team since he was drafted in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft until he left in 2019.

During that span, the Patriots won six Super Bowls and Brady won three Most Valuable Player awards.

He was also named Super Bowl MVP four times with the Patriots.

Brady also had five All-Pro selections and 14 Pro Bowls while with New England.

Therefore, much of his life was spent in Boston, as shown in his latest commercial for Hertz.

Brady started by saying that he used to walk 15 miles in snow every day without shoes to go to school.

However, his companion pointed out that he grew up in California where it doesn’t snow.

She went on to talk about Boston wherein snow is consistent.

Then she asked, “Remember Boston?”

To which Brady replied “Bahston,” which depicts the accent of the people who live in the area.

The woman responded, “Yeah, you still got the accent. Can’t leave Boston, it sticks with you.”

Brady’s Legacy In Boston Is Secure

It will be difficult to match Brady’s tenure with the Patriots.

Cam Newton tried to sustain the team’s winning ways but to no avail.

Mac Jones led the team to the playoffs, but it will take time for him to make Patriots fans forget about Brady.

No one might even come close to the six Super Bowls he brought to the franchise.

Therefore, he will always remain a son of Boston and New England.

That’s why fans flocked at Gillette Stadium when he made his return.

After all, Brady is the symbol of the team’s glory days, making him an immortal figure in the city.
