‘This Looks Like A Tablecloth’ ‘Rank As Rank Can Be’ Fans Recoil As ‘Leaked’ Images Of City’s New Third Kit Are Revealed

Puma have not been shy with their shirt designs since taking over as Manchester City’s kit supplier at the start of the season, and it seems they have continued on the same track with their shirts for the 2020/21 campaign.
The club’s new third kit reportedly has a floral pattern, which is said to have taken its inspiration from the Manchester ‘Brit Pop’ music scene:

To put it mildly, City Supporters on Twitter are not particularly enamoured with the purported shirt design:

It’s a bold choice, to say the least, and if the design does turn out to be correct, it will certainly prove a divisive choice among the fanbase.
Of course, third kits are not used that regularly during the season so if you aren’t a fan, it’s likely that you won’t have to see the likes of Sergio Aguero and Kevin De Bruyne wear the jersey too often next campaign.
