Spurs wasted an opportunity against the LA Clippers.

Spurs Vs Clippers series tied at 2-2.

The San Antonio Spurs wasted a great opportunity Sunday at the AT&T Center and as a result the LA Clippers even the series 2-2. The Spurs played unfocused and without a sense of urgency against the Clippers, as mistakes and missed free throws cost them the game. Danny Green did not show up for this game and Manu Ginobili has been turnover prone this entire series. The Spurs have yet to have their big three collectively have a great game this series. The Spurs as Tim Duncan stated after the game can clean up the little things and have a better game in LA this Tuesday. Should the Spurs hope to win game 5 they will need to have great production out of the bench and big three. Which means they will have to play great team ball and start playing like the NBA Champs that they are. The Clippers won game 4 in San Antonio as the Spurs were unable to stop Chris Paul and Blake Griffin. This along with the unexpected production of Austin Rivers and  Jamal Crawford proved too much for the Spurs to overcome. The series is tied and both teams have proven they can win on the road so game 5 will be a must win for both teams. San Antonio will undoubtedly be more focused and come out and play with a sense or urgency. Expect the Spurs to clamp down defensively and play their best game as a team in game 5. The Spurs have been here before and have the experience and players to get the job done.
