Spurs vs. Warriors first round schedule released

It will be a rematch from last year’s WCF with both teams missing their main star.

After losing the regular season finale to the New Orleans Pelicans, the San Antonio Spurs (47-35) will enter the 2018 NBA Playoffs as the seventh seed and face off against the second-seeded, defending-champion Golden State Warriors (58-24).

It won’t be the ratings-driver the league is used to with the Spurs still missing Kawhi Leonard and Stephen Curry expected to miss the entire first round for the Warriors as he recovers from a sprained MCL. The Spurs should come out with some revenge on their minds after last season’s Western Conference Finals, but that will only take them so far if they can’t win at least one game away from the AT&T Center — a feat they haven’t accomplished since February 25.

Here is the schedule for the Spurs-Warriors first round series (times are in Central Standard):

Game 1: Saturday, April 14 @ Golden State, 2:00 PM | TV: ABC

Game 2: Monday, April 16 @ Golden State, 9:30 PM | TV: TNT, FSSW
