Spurs coast to an easy win over the struggling Knicks.
The San Antonio Spurs were without the services of Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili, Kawhi Leonard and still won the game easily against the struggling Knicks. Wednesday’s nights game also saw the return of Tiago Splitter, who entered the game to a big ovation from the home crowd and contributed 3 points, two blocks and one rebound in 4:45 minutes of play in the third quarter. The Spurs hot three point shooting returned as they shot 10 for 19 from beyond the arc and shot 51 percent for the night while handing out 22 assists. The Spurs had seven players in double figures, getting 13 points from Danny Green and 12 from Boris Diaw along with Jeff Ayers season high 11 points. The Spurs next opponent will be the Los Angels Lakers this Friday December 12th tipoff starts at 8:30 PM and the game will be shown locally on Kens 5.
