Open Thread: DeMar DeRozan is in a league of his own

DeMar DeRozan is the all-time leader in points and games played in his former Toronto. His career is highly respected by his past team and city. But the former Raptor continues to rack up NBA career milestones this season, and he has now created one of his own in San Antonio.

DeMar DeRozan is the only player in Spurs franchise history to accumulate 2000 points, 800 rebounds, and 800 assists in his first 150 games with the team.

DeRozan played his 150th game on New Year’s Day.

Add to this DeMar DeRozan, who only made nine three point shots last season, is currently in the top 10 NBA players for 3-point shooting percentage.

No telling what DeMar DeRozan has up his sleeve next, but good to know the season is still fresh.
