Ole’s injury update on two United defenders
The meeting with Wolves is our fourth game in 15 days and, with the likes of Alex Telles, Donny van de Beek and Mason Greenwood not featuring against Leicester, the boss stressed the importance of having a deep squad during this period of the season.
“We’ve got used to it and I think the players are getting more and more robust and physically ready for games, with only two days rest in between,”
Ole opined.
“Of course, we’ve got about 30 hours more than Wolverhampton to recover so we have a slight advantage in that respect, and hopefully we can make use of those extra calories of energy we’ve got.”
