Missing San Antonio woman found dead in her home

Police are investigating the death of a woman who was reported missing on San Antonio’s Northwest Side last week.

Roxann Rodriguez Chavez, 56, was found dead in her residence Sunday, police said. She was last seen near the 9000 block of Trendwood on April 12. Chavez suffered from medical conditions and required treatment, officials said.

San Antonio Police Department’s homicide unit are investigating the circumstances of her death. The cause and manner of death have not yet been released.
