Latest On Odell Beckham Jr: Cowboys The Frontrunner?

The Odell Beckham Jr. saga is likely coming to an end soon as the free agent wide receiver has been cleared to return to the field after an ACL tear suffered in last year’s Super Bowl.

Beckham Jr. has been the topic of conversation for much of the season but the speculation of where he will sign has ramped up as the receiver is reportedly set to visit with the Buffalo Bills, New York Giants, and Dallas Cowboys. Assuming he can catch a flight.

According to Ian Rapoport, Beckham will meet with the Giants this Thursday and Friday and the Cowboys on the following Monday with the Bills in the mix as well. Rapoport went on to add that other teams could potentially get in the mix but, for now, only these three teams have scheduled visits.

Of the three teams set to visit with OBJ, the Bills and the Cowboys offer the best chance for him to win a Super Bowl. Buffalo, at 8-3, has rebounded after a pair of losses and is squarely in the mix in the AFC while Dallas is riding high following a big win over the NFC North-leading Vikings and the Giants this past Thursday.

On the other hand, the Giants, after a 7-1 start, have cooled off a bit but still find themselves in the playoff mix in the NFC, it’s just not as promising as it was just a few weeks ago. Beckham spent the first five years of his career with New York, however, it seems the prospect of winning another Super Bowl is very high on his list. And rightfully so.

That leaves just Dallas and Buffalo.
