Gasol remains out with a fractured hand, while Simmons will sit with a sprained wrist
San Antonio will be without two of its rotation players Sunday evening against Dallas.
The Spurs announced Saturday afternoon that center Pau Gasol will miss the home tilt as he continues to recover from a fractured fourth metacarpal in his left hand, and guard Jonathon Simmons will be sidelined with a sprained right wrist.
It will be Gasol’s seventh-straight game out, while Simmons will miss his third consecutive contest.
The Spurs and Mavericks will tip off 6 p.m. Sunday in San Antonio.
